I love it! Reminds me of when I took an intensive sound healing class in Colorado. One played the flute and called the dragonflies to the pond where they played among the cat tail reeds. It was a lovely memory and it is a lovely picture! I am especially attracted to the way you mixed the purple for the body of the dragonfly.

I like this loads, the dragonfly has real character – lovely, lovely piece
Love the colors – and I am so hungry for springtime! Can’t wait to see dragonflies buzzing around the water lilies again – and Sally, thanks for sharing your memory

Thank you for a dragonfly: we had so many when I was young but have very few here–notwithstanding the ubiquitous mosquitos. A charming drawing. Fran
Thank you all so much for your lovely comments! I’m quite pleased with my little dragonfly
You should be well pleased with your little dragonfly. I am delighted that Elizabeth has decided to produce her water colours.
This is beautiful, and it makes me want to get out my own watercolors!
